Family Medicine - Advanced Practice Provider
Overview Carle Health is seeking a Family Medicine APP to join our Primary Care team at our clinic in Mattoon, Illinois. Opportunity Details Typical schedule M-F / 8:00a-5:00pm Family Medicine APP works with a collaborative team including the physician, APP, nurse and certified medical assistant to provide patient care in an ambulatory setting Possibility for in office procedures Broad scope of patients including mostly adults, roughly 20% peds Education Requirements: Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Two years of clinical practice is preferred Licensure/Certification Requirements: Current Illinois registered nurse license and advanced practice nurse/physician assistant licensure About Our Community From outdoor recreation and events to eclectic dining, shopping and art, Mattoon has something for everyone.
