As a SeniorAnalyst,Business Systems, you will tackle complex challenges, broaden your professional experience, and help others grow their skills. The Senior Analyst, Business Systems works closely with business partners in Clinical Development Operations to understand and document requirements for technology solutions. This involves conducting interviews, workshops, and surveys to gather critical information. You will analyze these requirements toidentifygaps, define projectobjectives, and collaborate with solution architects to propose solutions aligned with business goals. As a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, you will ensure requirements are clear, complete, andfeasible. You will also contribute to the design, development, testing, maintenance, and enhancement of business applications, applying specialized technical or business knowledge to system projects. This position is essential for developing,identifying, and implementing system modifications that drive productivity improvements. Responsibilities: Develop comprehensive business user requirements, functional requirements, user stories, system documentation, workflow procedures, and data models.
Drive alignment between business and technology teamsregardingplans, requirements, sprint schedules, trade-offs, andshowcases, ensuring all parties understand project scope and goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree plus 5 years of relevant experience in business information systems or a closely related discipline; or Masters degree plus 4 years of relevant experience.
Proven experience in documentation, implementation, configuration, and operation of custom andpurchasedtechnology solutions. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Ability to effectively lead andfacilitatemeetings with customers and technical team members. Strong attention to detail and focus on deliverables. Exceptional teamwork skills. Strong customer orientation.
