Join us!<br> </p><p><b>Job Description:</b></p><p><br>This job is responsible for establishing and executing a risk-based coverage plan to monitor specific portfolio(s). Key responsibilities include serving as a subject matter expert in Credit Review, developing a risk-based plan to monitor the portfolio, and performing transactional testing of credit process execution controls of new and existing clients. Job expectations include providing updates to business leaders and executive management on continuous testing and examination results, new issues, and emerging risks.</p><p></p><p><span>Through examinations and monitoring, Credit Review provides an independent assessment of the quality of credit decisioning, portfolio management, risk recognition practices and the effectiveness of credit processes across the bank’s credit platform, identifies existing and emerging risks, and reports its findings to various stakeholders, including executive management, the Board of Directors or committee thereof, external auditors and regulatory agencies.</span></p><p></p><p><span>This job includes leading associates or teams to ensure accurate and timely execution of Credit Review testing (examinations and/or monitoring). This role includes providing updates to business leaders and executive management on continuous testing and examination results, new issues, and emerging risks. In addition prepares quarterly Business Assessment Reports and Coverage Plans; maintains awareness of current economic and business trends; and assesses the impact of economic trends on credit portfolios. May participate or lead projects or other Credit Review initiatives</span></p><p></p><p><b>Responsibilities:</b></p><p></p><ul><li>Serves as a subject matter expert for portfolio(s) of loans and participates in examination activities</li><li>Performs transactional testing of credit process execution of new and existing clients, providing direct and timely feedback on transactional reviews</li><li>Provides regulator updates on results, and responds to inquiries</li><li>Documents findings through quarterly reporting, including assessing and rating credit control effectiveness, direction of controls, and credit riskiness for portfolio(s)</li><li>Assesses and advises on the impact of industry-level, geo-political, and economic trends to credit portfolios</li><li>Manages issues, including approval of issue severity ratings, action plans, ongoing issue status tracking, and oversight of issue validation</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Required Qualifications:</b></p><p></p><ul><li><span>Minimum 8 years of consumer credit experience (credit review, direct lending, risk management and/or regulatory)</span></li><li><span>Experience in Small Business Card, Business Advantage Term Loans/Business Advantage Credit Line lending</span></li><li><span>Ability to support conclusions through fact-based analysis and ability to influence senior leaders</span></li><li><span>Excellent credit analysis, project management and leadership skills</span></li><li><span>Strong organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal</span></li><li><span>Ability to manage multiple complex tasks while delivering high quality results</span></li><li><span>Bachelor’s Degree </span></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Desired Qualifications:</b></p><p></p><ul><li><span>Internal Credit Review / Credit Risk Review</span></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Skills:</b></p><p></p><ul><li>Internal Audit Review</li><li>Portfolio Analysis</li><li>Reporting</li><li>Risk Management</li><li>Underwriting</li><li>Business Acumen</li><li>Credit and Risk Assessment</li><li>Critical Thinking</li><li>Issue Management</li><li>Stakeholder Management</li><li>Analytical Thinking</li><li>Executive Presence</li><li>Influence</li><li>Regulatory Compliance</li><li>Relationship Building</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p></p><p><b>Shift:</b></p>1st shift (United States of America)<p></p><p></p><p><b>Hours Per Week: </b></p>40</div>
