Logistics Analyst Principal (Hybrid)

How a Logistics Analyst Principal Will Make an Impact Supports customer logistics requirements by analyzing, planning, and managing all phases of provisioning, spares, maintenance, and repair activities. Performs demand forecasting, material procurement, production planning, inventory management, costreduction initiatives, outsourcing activities, vendor selection, and distribution. Coordinates and monitors the full logistics and procurement lifecycle from RFQ through closeout, including review and processing of Receiving Inspection Reports and related invoices in the financial system. Ensures procurement system standardization and data accuracy. Collaborates with the Strategic Acquisition Office to meet program requirements. Maintains accurate reporting in the system of record and ensures proper accountability of Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) and Contract Acquired Property (CAP). Develops and maintains integrated processes, including desktop SOPs, across internal PMO functions. Conducts data collection, spot checks, and assessments to identify process improvements and provide recommendations for policy and procedure updates. Participates in PMO daily syncs, weekly procurement meetings, and monthly logistics reviews. Prepares and presents written proposals and recommended solutions to customers and management. Provides training, guidance, and subject matter expertise within assigned areas of responsibility. Identifies and resolves logistics lifecycle issues, adjusting plans as needed. Maintains metrics and produces required government deliverable reports.
